Celebrating Excellence at REIACT’s 50th Anniversary: A Win for Jonny Warren Properties
Canberra, ACT – The Real Estate Institute of the ACT (REIACT) celebrated its 50th year by honouring the achievements of the ACT’s real estate professionals at the 2024 REIACT Awards for Excellence.
Held at Hotel Realm on August 31st, the event brought together over 400 attendees to recognise individuals and agencies that show high standards in the real estate industry. This annual event promotes excellence, and this year’s celebration was one of the most memorable.

Being shortlisted for multiple awards showed the team’s overall excellence and ability to stand out in a competitive industry. The nominations proved our team’s commitment to providing great service and results to our clients and in their stories.
The night became even more special when our team was named the Small Residential Agency of the Year. This win recognised all the long hours, teamwork, and determination that brought us here. We couldn’t have done this without the hard work of our agents, our great support staff, and the trust our clients have given us over the years.
In search of a larger property for his growing family, his children are sad to say goodbye to the backyard.
