Ellie has an extensive background in customer service facing roles and is confident in her ability to provide her clients with a comfortable and friendly experience. She has exceptional organisational skills, allowing her to juggle multiple tasks whilst maintaining a high level of attention to detail and ensuring all client enquiries are heard and handled in a timely manner.

Priding herself on her self-management skills, honesty, loyalty and her constant improvement of her professional and personal learning and education, Ellie is a very optimistic person with a daily goal to laugh more today than she did yesterday.
