Sheriden bought this beautiful four bedroom house over 17 years ago, as a family home for her and her twin boys.

“The location was where I wanted to bring up my boys.

It’s a short walk down to the lake or to the walking tracks. The boys used to go down there and ride their bikes and go fishing. Not that there really is any fish in the lake to catch! The views up there are just amazing and it’s a great place to just sit and take it all in. It really is a hidden gem in the heart of Gungahlin.
Everything is close by, the Crace shops, the Gungahlin town centre, and especially the Gungahlin Lakes Club. You can walk to the club and stumble home. It really is just down the road.

The street is great, I call it the ‘Sleepy Village’. All the neighbours are amazing, it’s our little community and I will miss them when I leave.

My home is very loved and I have a lot of fond memories of the boys and I here. I mean we are right at the end of the street and I never had to worry about the boys playing out the front. The deck with the pergola is a great area to sit back and relax on. To top it off, are the sunsets. Wait until you see the sunsets.
I love this house. It’s not just a house, it’s a home. A very loved home.

I’ll be sad to leave but it’s time for me to slow down, and move north to warmer weather. To be closer to my boys and let a new family create their own memories here”.
