THE STORY….

In September 2014 the owner saw the great potential that the home at 47 Enid Lorimer held, from the very quiet street, laneways to the local parks and schools as well as the Simpsons hill reserve just around the corner.

This beautiful home is in a great neighbourhood and is surrounded by everything a growing family needs. Only a few kilometres away you will find the local Chisholm shops. But enough about the surrounding area, let’s talk about this incredible home!!

Over the years there has been a few different renovations completed through the house from creating an opened living and dining area and adding real timber floors Sydney Blue Gum throughout the house. The laundry has been improved with a new bench top and sink as well as some extra space added with built in cupboards.

The backyard has had its fair share of work completed as well and would definitely have to be one of the many great features of the property. After building a 6 X 3 garden shed and workshop with plenty of shelving and space the owners decided then and there it was time to rip into the garden and create their own mini-Floriade.

While we have enjoyed the past 7 years creating our great home and hosting family Christmas in our outside entertaining area, lighting the chiminea, relaxing, having a drink and taking in the view of our magnificent labour of love, our garden. We have now made the decision to take the next step in our life and buy some acreage closer to the family in a small coastal village in Gippsland Lakes Victoria, and also to buy a boat and get into a bit of fishing.
