In September 1996, Carmel and David purchased this home as they knew it would fulfil their family’s needs.

Like many homeowners, this house indeed became the family home, and Carmel and David took their time in beautifully renovating this home. Every detail was carefully thought through, from the converted shed to the glass splashback in the kitchen, to ensure flow through the home while still providing space to just yourself.

Although the kitchen is completely redone and refurbished, the owner’s favourite part about the home would have to be out the back, which is lovely for barbeques and entertaining the quests. Or maybe it’s just the right place to escape, thanks to the mancave that was once a shed.

Having schools and shops around the corner was also a part of this home that Carmel and David have loved, but with retirement around the corner, the owners have decided to take their next leap in life, relocate to the north of Australia, and downsize.
