The unique, beautifully renovated property attracted three registered bidders on auction day.
Jonny Warren started the auction at $950,000 and climbed through a series of $5,000 increments. After we placed a vendor bid at $1.05 million, a third buyer who hadn’t previously viewed the home registered, adding momentum to the competition.
In the end, a young family won the bid and is now enjoying the home’s incredible features.
This four-bedroom family residence was a true playground for Papalii’s young family and is designed for ultimate enjoyment. It includes an in-ground pool with a water slide, a basketball court, mini putt-putt, and an expansive outdoor entertaining area with a bar. Located near the Evatt Community Playground, schools, and public transport, the property combines convenience with lifestyle elements perfect for young families.
The generous 802sqm block also maximizes outdoor fun, with the front yard transformed into a half basketball court, offering endless entertainment for all ages. Moving to a larger home in Canberra, Papalii shared that leaving the property wasn’t easy, especially for his children, who spent countless hours enjoying the custom-designed backyard.
