Beginning his career as a Creative Director for a local streetwear brand in the Philippines, Raph developed his artistic abilities and set the stage for his multifaceted career. Exploring various roles from Customer Service and Business Development to Graphic Design, Market Research, Data Analysis, and ultimately, Digital Marketing, Raph’s diverse background includes experience in lifestyle, finance, startups, travel, consumer goods, and real estate.
Initially entering the real estate sector in the Philippines, as the marketing manager of his family’s real estate business, Raph has always been heavily influenced by industry leaders like Ryan Serhant, Gary Vaynerchuk, and Dan Koe, referencing their work to hone in on the skills and mindset needed to thrive as a digital marketing specialist in the real estate industry.
Beyond his expansive career, Raph is a gamer and team player at heart. He approaches each chapter of his life as an opportunity to gain skills and experience, always aiming to help his team succeed.
