Jodie’s story is grounded in creativity, compassion, and quiet determination. Raised with strong values around hard work and resilience, she developed an early appreciation for doing things properly – and doing them with care.

Her professional journey began in the floristry industry, where her natural creativity and meticulous attention to detail quickly set her apart. Not only did she thrive in a fast-paced, client-focused environment, she earned the prestigious titles of Interflora’s Florist of the Year and runner-up of the year. These achievements were a reflection of her discipline, precision, and commitment to excellence.

Those early foundations shaped the person she is today – thoughtful, driven and deeply people-focused.

 

THE REAL ESTATE JOURNEY: 

Jodie’s pathway into real estate was shaped by real-life experience. Having been a tenant across multiple properties under various management teams – and now a homeowner herself – she gained a well-rounded understanding of the property journey from both perspectives.

Her diverse background across floristry, retail, and childcare strengthened her communication skills and sharpened her ability to connect with people from all walks of life. She became known for her attention to detail, organisation and compassionate approach – qualities that naturally align with property management.

Since joining the Jonny Warren team as Assistant Property Manager, Jodie has:

  • Applied firsthand tenant and homeowner insight to support both landlords and renters
  • Enhanced team operations through exceptional organisation and structured processes
  • Built trusted relationships with property managers, landlords and tenants
  • Contributed to a proactive, solution-focused team environment (often referring to herself as ‘Ellie’s body double’ – ensuring everything runs smoothly and efficiently)

Her focus is simple — to support the team wholeheartedly, manage every property with care, clarity and consistency, and create an environment where both clients and colleagues feel supported to succeed.

THE WIFE, MUM & TRAIL RUNNER: 

Outside of work, Jodie is a devoted wife, proud mother of two, and a very enthusiastic dog mum. She’s an avid trail runner who loves being out in nature, finding clarity and balance on the trails. When she’s not running, she loves lifting weights, catching up over good coffee and food, and enjoying plenty of laughs with friends – the moments that recharge her outside of work.

Balancing family life, training and career requires structure and intention – something Jodie is constantly striving for. Whether at home or in the office, she shows up with consistency, determination and heart.
