Award-Winning Agency Positions Itself for BIG 2023!!
Jonny Warren Properties has revealed exciting growth plans for next year, after a strong 2022 that saw the company continue expanding and win a coveted industry award.
After beginning 2022 with three staff, Jonny Warren Properties now has a headcount of nine. That includes Jonny Warren, the principal, as well as:
- Mick Spencer – Company Chairman
- Tash Hannaway – Business Manager
- Sean Tognella – Sales Associate
- Jake Winters – Sales Executive
- Tara Davaris – Sales Executive
- Tim Davaris – Sales Executive
- Kimberley McLarty – Head of Property Management
- Raphael Rillon – Marketing Manager
“Part of the reason we’ve grown the team throughout 2022 is because we’ve been selling more homes and taking over the management of more rental properties,” Jonny Warren said.
“But that growth also reflects our ambition and high standards. We want to become the best family-run real estate agency in Canberra, which means investing in talent.
“During 2022, we significantly increased the amount of time and money we invest into upskilling and training, putting us way above the industry standard.
“We want our staff to progress from being good agents to great agents. They’re fully on board with that goal, because all the people at Jonny Warren Properties have growth mindsets.
“We plan to further grow the team in 2023, as a larger team will allow us to serve more clients, and do so to an even higher standard.”

Jonny Warren Named ACT Property Marketer of the Year
One of Jonny Warren Properties’ highlights for 2022 was the company’s performance at the Real Estate Institute of the ACT’s annual Awards For Excellence, in September.
Jonny Warren won the Property Marketer of the Year award for his campaign to promote the sale of 20 Chauvel Circle, Chapman, which he sold for a suburb record of $3.1 million. The centrepiece of the marketing campaign was an emotional video that told the story of the vendors and their property.
Now that he’s won the Property Marketer of the Year award at state/territory level, Jonny has advanced to the national finals, which will be held in Perth in March 2023.
Jonny Warren Properties was also finalist for four other awards at the ACT Awards For Excellence:
- Small Residential Agency of the Year
- Residential Salesperson of the Year
- Rookie of the Year
- Operational Leadership Person of the Year

Another major highlight for 2022 was the arrival of Jonny Warren and Belinda Le Ruez’s beautiful baby boy, Jett Warren, who was born in November.
Both parents are madly in love with little Jett.
