THE UP-AND-COMER WITH A STORY

 

Originally from Vietnam, Victoria moved to Australia to pursue her studies at the Australian National University and build her professional experience.

Throughout her time in Australia, she has worked across customer service, retail and administration, developing strong communication skills and a genuine passion for working with people.

These experiences have shaped the person she is today: approachable, organised and committed to creating a positive experience for everyone she works with. 

 

THE REAL ESTATE JOURNEY:

 

Victoria grew up around real estate, with her family running a property leasing and management business back in Vietnam — and that early exposure sparked a passion that has only grown stronger over the years.

In August 2026, she joined Jonny Warren Properties as Assistant to Director Jonny Warren, bringing her customer-service background, attention to detail and strong work ethic into the industry she has always been drawn to, while continuing to learn and develop her skills. 

Her ambition is clear: to build on this foundation and work her way toward the highest levels of the real estate industry — not just an entry role, but a long-term career.

 

THE PERSON BEHIND THE ROLE

 

Outside of work, Victoria enjoys spending time with the people she loves, staying active and unwinding with her favourite movies.

She values keeping a healthy work-life balance and always looks for opportunities to learn and grow, while keeping her mind sharp and positive.
