THE CANBERRA GIRL WITH A STORY:

 

Moving to Canberra from the Southern Highlands at just five years old, Madi has grown up with a strong connection to the Canberra community and a genuine passion for people. From a young age, Madi has always enjoyed meeting new people, building relationships, and making others feel welcomed and valued. After finishing school, Madi began her career in hairdressing completing an apprenticeship that helped shape her strong communication skills, attention to detail, and natural ability to understand and connect with people. Working closely with clients taught Madi the importance of listening, building trust, and ensuring every person feels their needs are understood.

These skills naturally led Madi into real estate, where she could combine her passion for people with her love for beautiful homes and property. Her approachable nature, genuine care, and commitment to creating positive experiences continue to shape the way she works with clients today.

 

THE REAL ESTATE JOURNEY:

 

Madi began her real estate career in administration, gaining experience across both sales and property management. This gave her a strong understanding of the industry and allowed her to discover where her true passion laid with property management.

Madi quickly developed a love for the relationship driven side of property management, particularly the opportunity to build long standing connections with landlords and tenants. She values being someone her clients can rely on and takes pride in providing a personalised and people-focused approach throughout every stage of the property journey.

 

Now working as a Property Manager, Madi is excited to continue building her career in an industry that brings together her love for people, property, and creating genuine connections.

 

THE OUTDOOR-LOVING MADI

 

Outside of real estate, Madi loves making the most of her time away from the office. She enjoys weekend getaways, camping, exploring the outdoors, and enjoying the finer things in life.

When she’s not working or planning her next adventure, Madi can usually be found spending time with her big, friendly giant — her St Bernard.
