THE ENERGETIC KID WITH A STORY:

Kevin grew up as an energetic and outgoing child, always eager to connect with those around him. Whether at school or in the neighbourhood, he naturally gravitated toward people, building friendships easily and enjoying being part of a team. He was rarely one to sit back and observe, he preferred to get involved, contribute, and bring positive energy into every space he stepped into.

At home, Kevin’s parents provided steady guidance and strong support as he grew. They instilled in him the importance of respect, responsibility, and hard work, while encouraging his confidence and independence. Their consistent presence and values-driven approach shaped his character, laying the foundation for the grounded, approachable, and principled person he is today.

 

THE REAL ESTATE JOURNEY:

Kevin’s journey in real estate began in 2024, when he joined the team as Jonny Warren’s Executive Assistant. With a background in:

• Customer support
• Technical support
• Escalations Specialist

He had already developed communication skills, problem-solving ability, and the patience to navigate complex situations. Stepping into the real estate environment felt like a natural progression, a fast-paced industry where organisation, responsiveness, and teamwork truly matter.

Working as a Sales Administrator, Kevin is learning something new every day, and he approaches each task with a willingness to grow, contribute, and collaborate closely with the team. Driven by a genuine desire to support others, he sees his role as helping create smoother processes behind the scenes so the wider team can perform at their best. For Kevin, real estate is not just about transactions, it’s about being part of a collective effort that delivers meaningful results.

 

THE WORK HARD, PLAY HARD:

Outside of work, Kevin values connection, balance, and making the most of his downtime. He enjoys driving, exploring new places and has a personal mission of discovering great coffee spots along the way – giving him the chance to slow down, enjoy good conversation, and meet new friends. He also has a passion for photography, enjoying the creativity of capturing moments, landscapes, and everyday scenes through his own perspective.

To recharge, Kevin spends time going on long walks, listening to music, and watching movies. These simple routines help him clear his mind and reset after a busy week. By making space for his hobbies and staying socially connected, he maintains a healthy work-life balance, allowing him to return to work focused, energised, and ready to contribute to the team.

Being a part of the local community plays a large role in Kevin’s life.
