SO HERE’S THE STORY….

 

THE CANBERRA GIRL WITH A STORY:

Proudly raised in Canberra, Clare has always had a strong connection to her local community and a clear sense of ambition about her future. From a young age, she has had an eye for houses, interior design and making things look beautiful – always drawn to the details of how a space feels, how it’s styled and how thoughtful touches can completely transform a home. What started as a love for aesthetics quickly grew into a genuine interest in property and the stories behind every home.

Stepping into the professional world at just 15 years old, Clare began an Australian School based apprenticeship and her certificate III in Business – determined to gain real-world experience early. While managing school, AFL commitments and a second job, she learned the importance of discipline, time management and resilience. Balancing these responsibilities strengthened her work ethic and taught her how to perform under pressure while staying organised and focused.

Raised with strong values around hard work, accountability and integrity, Clare continued to thrive on those foundations. Being trusted with responsibility at a young age has shaped her confidence and maturity, both personally and professionally.

 

THE REAL ESTATE JOURNEY:

Clare’s interest in real estate began during high school when she realised she wanted a career that combined people, business and growth. In early 2025, her journey in the real estate industry began at a reputable Canberra agency – working as an assistant in Property Management and receptionist. This experience provided her with valuable insight into client service, daily operations and the fast-paced nature of real estate.

Her journey continued on with Jonny Warren Properties, as an ASBA student working alongside Belinda Le Ruez as an Administrative Assistant. Balancing school commitments and her role in real estate, while completing her Certificate III in Business, has strengthened Clare’s organisational skills, professionalism and confidence within a high-performing team.

Clare is driven to build a long-term career in real estate and continue growing within the industry.

 

THE GIRL BEHIND THE CAREER:

Outside of work, Clare remains a motivated young professional who values balance and personal growth. She enjoy spending time with her family and friends, staying active and continuing to develop herself both personally and professionally.

Balancing school, work and study requires discipline and organisation, and she prides herself on prioritising her time effectively, while making space for the people and activities that matter most. Clare believes maintaining a healthy work-life balance allows her to show up at her best every day.
