SO HERE’S THE STORY….

 

THE PIXEL PUSHER WITH A STORY:

Born in Canberra and raised in Queanbeyan, Andrew spent his childhood doing much what you’d expect – building backyard forts, disappearing into the bush for adventures, riding anything (sans motors) capable of speeds faster than walking, and generally providing his mother with reasons to worry about his physical wellbeing.

Around the same time, Andrew developed a strong interest in computers and technology, helped along by his father, who was equally inclined toward such things. If he wasn’t out exploring the nearby bushland or risking life and limb on a mountain bike, Andrew was usually found firmly planted behind the family computer.

That technological curiosity led to an interesting turn when he got his hands on a digital camera and a copy of Photoshop. What started out as curiosity quickly became an obsession – and the rest, as they say, is history….

 

THE PROPERTY PHOTOGRAPHER JOURNEY:

Andrew’s career in real estate photography began in early 2012, shortly after completing his ‘Bachelor of Photography’ degree. Starting out completing some casual editing work for a local real estate agency, Andrew’s passion quickly evolved into a full-time role covering photography, editing, planning, and eventually overall team leadership.

Since then, Andrew has:

• Photographed thousands of properties, from smaller units to high-end residences.
• Provided the final polish to significantly more while working alongside other photographers.
• Developed a consistent photographic style focused on clean, high-quality results.
• Built a reputation for a reliable, no-fuss approach and getting it right without making it a process.

 

THE ADVENTURE ADVOCATE:

When he’s not out behind the company lens, Andrew can usually be found hurtling down hills on his mountain bike, barrelling down others on a snowboard, heading off on the occasional photographic expedition, spending time with his niece and nephew, or simply unwinding at home.
